How to FIRE up Your Post Presidential Election Investment Strategy: 15 Stocks You Should Buy For the Next Bull Run 2020+

After a long Count Every vote battle, investors are banking big with these stocks going into 2021.

If November 4th and November 5th is any indication, we are going Green for Green-energy, Marijuana and Healthcare. My take is that traditional investors are ready for a bit more normalcy in the market. Although the Nation seems to be on a dead even split, the market loves it because of political gridlock. A return to form is a good thing for staple businesses.

While the president is familiar and blue like Papa Smurf, the congress is deep red. I suspect that even the Republican Party is ready and willing to veer from Trumpism for the next two years.

So what does it mean for you?

Investing is Your First Wealth Vote

We are likely going into a post-holiday lockdown but fear not. You should not worry too much about Thanksgiving nor Christmas; however, January 3rd through January 31st is not safe.

Pzifer jumped out the gap with a vaccine with 90% effectiveness. Moderna jumped ahead of the curve on November 16, 2020 with 94.7% effectiveness. Then Pzifer said they have 94%. It is a battle to the top and it is just a matter of time.

Anticipate a rapid distribution and a soft return to normal for fall 2021. Yep you read that correctly. We are not due for the reset until fall 2021.

Beyond that, stimulus talks will restart as of February 2021, generating the boost we need into summer. S&P 500 has edged higher after Biden’s tentative victory as we finally move forward from tweets to boring conversation.

We are back to normal indeed and back on schedule.

The Big Picture: Who is actually winning in the Long Game?

Investors will be the one racking in the big bucks. Recently Goldman Sachs favored the S&P to boost from 3,551 pts as of November 15, 2020 to close out the year at 3,700 pts. Additionally, Goldman Sachs and other experts forecasted the S&P to close out 2021 big with 4,300 pts (for a total increase of 20.42%).

Here’s what investing experts and strategists are watching:

China Trade and the International Market

Biden is pushing to fall back into Allied territory while improving trade relations with China. China, spared from the ravages of COVID, will likely carry global economic production until 2021. This is way before the rest of us show back up to play for 2022.

Domestic manufacturers and consumer discretionary stand to benefit from the coiled savings over the 2020 holiday season. For some reason, the market appears bearish on tech companies as the vaccine nears. However, let us be real, tech is not a sector anymore. It is part of doing business.

Dividend Staples

Auto lenders would probably face “increased scrutiny and more regulation,” under Biden, according to Cowen’s Seiberg, while big banks’ ability to acquire other firms may be restricted. Big bank capital requirements might limit dividends with $JPM banned on doing stock buybacks.

Big tech carried 2020 which Small Cap companies are undervalued by 20%. It might be a good time to recalibrate future purchase to catch stocks that are depressed before the vaccine jump.

Health and Vaccines

There are two players here. The vaccine producers and the long-term distributors.

Federal government officials said the first 6.4 million doses of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine could be distributed to U.S. communities as early as December within 24 hours of approval from the Food and Drug Administration.

AstraZeneca overstated a cheap, easy-to-make coronavirus vaccine that is 90 percent effective but walked it back. Since unveiling the preliminary results, AstraZeneca has acknowledged a key mistake in the vaccine dosage to participants so we cannot trust them.

Beyond that, think about who is responsible for the distribution. Jim Cramer recommends five stock plays for the vaccine distribution pipeline:

Favorable Housing and Locality Expansions

A Democratic sweep placed “favorable housing” at the forefront of Stimulus changes. A new cabinet would look to increase leasing opportunities and lower cost of ownership for Black and Brown households.

Apps and Financials

Quicker access to cash for small businesses place more emphasis for companies like Square and Ally Banking. We are not quite up to speed with the digital divide but a cardless society is right around the corner, especially in big cities. Banks who scaled back during the pandemic will be poised to open the vault for loans.

Green Tech Stocks

Green & New

Wind turbines, Hydro electric, Solar panel makers, electric vehicle makers and other clean-energy companies have gained momentum but will likely struggle during a re-evaluation period post vaccine. Keep in mind, that the entire market is overvalued by common metrics. At this rate, we need a new mean revision.

I have to admit, they (Green Energy) are on fire. Get a few stocks before you miss the wealth train.

Summary

At this point, if it is not clear just yet. You might want to invest for 2021 into 2022. Savings at 1% are not going to cut the mustard.

I was supposed to publish this article on November 6, 2020. I had to revise all the numbers since the market moving quickly. Up about 10% across the board with another 10% to go in December before the close out.

It’s important to invest in your self at this stage. Vote with your dollars for your future. It helps.

As always, do your research and invest with your own risk profile in mind. Here is a Biden/Harris Build:

This design is spectacular! You obviously know how to keep
a reader entertained. Between your wit and your videos,
I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Wonderful job.
I really enjoyed what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it.

    Too cool!
