On July 5, 2023, Darius Jackson caused a stir when he criticized the outfit Palmer wore to an Usher concert. She donned a black bodysuit with a sheer covering. After a video of Palmer onstage with Usher went viral, Jackson took to Twitter to criticize her look. Jackson said he felt “the mother to his kids” shouldn’t dress provocatively. He also said that he had an issue with her outfit because she’s a mother.

The people sided with Keke and now she might be technically single.

So who is Keke Palmer?

Keke Palmer is an American actress, singer, and TV personality. She is known for playing both leading and character roles in comedy and drama productions.

Palmer’s breakthrough role was as a child actress in the 2006 film Akeelah and the Bee. She made her acting debut in 2004’s Barbershop 2: Back in Business, playing the part of the niece of Queen Latifah’s character.

Palmer has a net worth of $7.5 million. She has a son, son Leodis “Leo” Andrellton, with Darius Jackson.

For all intent and purpose, she is the breadwinner of her home. The direct confrontation raises questions about the changing role of women in Western society and the growing division between men and women.
